Roles & Responsibilities
As a Jr. Executive / Executive in the Injectable Manufacturing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and compliant production of high-quality injectable products. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and GMP-compliant status of the manufacturing area
- Performing critical operations such as compounding, filling, sealing, and autoclaving of injectable products
- Dispensing raw materials and excipients as per approved procedures
- Accurate documentation in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and logbooks
- Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety protocols
- Reporting deviations, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately
- Supervising visual inspection of filled vials/ampoules
- Updating online logbooks and supporting equipment changeover & preventive maintenance
- Coordinating with Quality Assurance (QA) for BMR/BPR issuance and line clearance
- Participating in internal audits and regulatory inspections when required
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology) or B.Pharm
- Experience: 3–5 years in sterile/injectable manufacturing (mandatory)
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in filling, autoclaving, compounding, and aseptic practices
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GMP, GDP, and data integrity
- Other Requirements: Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in rotational shifts
Candidates with prior exposure to USFDA, EU, or other regulated markets will have an added advantage.

- Salary Range: ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹7.5 Lakhs per annum (best in industry, based on current CTC and experience)
