Atul Foundation, the CSR arm of Atul Ltd, has announced a major walk-in recruitment drive on 13th December 2025 for various positions across its social development projects in Valsad district, Gujarat. - Project Co-ordinator (Micro-entrepreneurship & Self-Help Group Project) Qualification: MSW / MRS Experience: 2–4 years Location: Atul, Valsad
- Field Supervisor – Ojas Project Qualification: MSW / MRS / BA / B.Ed Experience: 2–4 years Location: Atul, Valsad
- Accountant Qualification: B.Com / M.Com Experience: 2–4 years Location: Pardi, Valsad
- Field Supervisor (General) Qualification: BRS / BSW / MRS / MSW Experience: 2–4 years Location: Valsad
- Teacher – Hospitality and Tourism Qualification: BSc/BBA in Hospitality & Tourism, Diploma in Hotel Management, ITI, or HSC Experience: 2–4 years Location: Pardi, Valsad
- Operator – Sewage Treatment Plant (listed under Administration Head) Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Experience: 1–2 years Location: Pardi, Valsad
- Purchase Officer Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in Material Management Experience: 2–4 years Location: Atul, Valsad
- Sewing Instructor Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Stitching Experience: 2–4 years Location: Dharampur, Valsad
- Mother Teacher (Pre-primary) Qualification: HSC + Montessori / ECCE / Pre-school Teacher Training Experience: 2–4 years Location: Atul, Valsad
Note: Candidates having prior experience in CSR projects, NGO sector, or school administration will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits Atul Foundation offers competitive salary packages in line with industry standards for the social sector in Gujarat. Expected salary range for most roles: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on qualification, experience, and position). Additional benefits typically include PF, gratuity, medical insurance, and performance incentives (exact package will be disclosed during the interview).
