Key Responsibilities
The Decision Analyst will support BMS’s data-driven decision systems and analytics frameworks. Major responsibilities include:
1. Statistical & Decision Modelling
- Support senior analysts in developing statistical models, optimization models, and decision-support tools.
- Build descriptive/explanatory models, segmentation strategies, and regression/clustering analyses.
2. Business Insights & Data Analysis
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, drivers, and actionable insights.
- Conduct portfolio analyses to support product positioning, resource allocation, and investment planning.
3. Experimentation & Measurement Design
- Assist in designing A/B tests, marketing experiments, and impact assessments.
- Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards to track ongoing business performance.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with cross-functional teams to convert business objectives into analytical projects.
- Prepare data visualizations and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with new methodologies in statistical analysis, optimization, and decision science.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Experience Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in decision analytics, modeling, or optimization (pharma experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Excel, and major data visualization tools.
- Experience with regression, clustering, segmentation, and portfolio analyses.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of hypothesis testing, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, business acumen, and project management skills.
