Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Supply Chain Associate, you will:
Supply Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in developing supply plans aligned with study protocols and logistics requirements.
- Support forecasting by analyzing patient enrollment, site activation, and dosing schedules.
- Participate in monthly supply review meetings and identify supply risks.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Monitor depot and site-level inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply of investigational products.
- Track and progress clinical supply orders using BMS systems and technologies.
- Coordinate with depots, sites, and logistics teams to resolve shipment or delivery issues.
- Support customs clearance, brokerage processes, and shipment record maintenance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Trial Supply Management, Quality, and Logistics teams to enable seamless study execution.
- Provide updates in study team meetings on supply status, risks, and projections.
- Collaborate with external vendors to align supply strategies.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain GMP/GDP compliance and audit readiness across activities.
- Assist with deviation handling, complaint management, and regulatory documentation.
- Upload and manage batch listings, use date extension memos, and support inspection readiness.
Process Excellence
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional task forces.
- Contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and minimize supply chain risks.
- Prepare job aids and assist in training efforts to support organizational learning.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with supply chain tools preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Education: BA/BS in Science, IT, Business, or related fields (Supply Chain focus preferred).
- Internship experience in pharma or supply chain is an added advantage.

Work Model
