Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration systems in API manufacturing
- Perform batch charging, monitoring, and process controls as per BPR/BMR
- Maintain cGMP, USFDA, and EU-GMP documentation standards
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness in cleanroom/production areas
- Troubleshoot process deviations and coordinate with QA/QC teams
- Achieve daily/shift production targets with zero non-conformances
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry (full-time regular course)
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in regulated API / bulk drug manufacturing plants
- Must have worked in USFDA / EU-GMP approved facilities
- Strong knowledge of reactor operations, distillation, filtration, and drying
- Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: ₹3.6 Lakhs to ₹7.2 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and current CTC)
