About the Role
The Analyst will work closely with global stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights while supporting data management, automation, reporting workflows, and business optimization initiatives across Roche’s analytics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and deliver data-driven insights.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver reliable intelligence.
- Streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve data quality standards.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using industry-standard BI tools.
- Prepare data-driven recommendations and present insights to senior leadership.
- Support ETL processes and contribute to overall analytics enablement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and scripting/programming (Python or PySpark).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Experience in automation using Excel Macros, Google Apps Script, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with ETL, data integration, and relational databases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical fields.
- Pharma/life-science analytics experience is an advantage.
Preferred Background
