ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited is inviting applications for the Claims Assessor position in its Customer Service Operations – Claims Team. Located at Malad/Goregaon West (Mumbai), this role offers hands-on exposure to real-time claim evaluation processes and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates residing between Bandra and Mira Road are preferred.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assess death claims across Retail, Group, and Credit Life portfolios
- Review documents, medical records, and ensure correct claim payout decisions
- Evaluate claims with strong risk assessment and fraud detection focus
- Collaborate with Risk Teams, Branch Teams, Hospital Teams & Partner SPOCs
- Initiate, manage, and close investigations within defined TATs
- Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality claim processing
- Maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships
- Identify process gaps and work with business teams for improvement

Education
- B.Pharm – Freshers welcome
- Graduates in any field with relevant claims experience may apply
Experience
- 0–3 years in a life insurance company
- Freshers highly preferred
