Unichem Laboratories is inviting M.Pharm Pharmaceutics freshers to join as Apprentice – Formulation Development at its advanced formulation R&D facility in North Goa.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various formulation development phases, understanding new processes and technologies.
- Support the team in developing oral solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules, pellets) for regulated markets.
- Follow all SOPs, GMP guidelines, protocols, and technical manuals.
- Maintain lab notebooks, documentation, trial records, and TTDs accurately.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all assigned tasks.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) – mandatory.
- Fundamental understanding of oral solid dosage forms, unit operations, and pre-formulation.
- Strong attention to detail, assertiveness, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced research environment.
- Good documentation discipline as per GMP.
