Job Overview

• Designation: Technical Assistant
• Department: Production – Nasal Manufacturing
• Line: Filling Operator (DARA Line)
• Work Area: Nasal / Liquid Manufacturing & Packing
• Experience Required: 2 to 6 years
• Job Location: APL Health Care Limited, Unit IV, SEZ Menakur, Naidupeta, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh – 524421

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor DARA filling line for nasal sprays and liquid products as per cGMP standards
• Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation (BMR/BPR)
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance team
• Ensure yield reconciliation and minimize batch rejections
• Packing and labeling of finished nasal/liquid products
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU GMP)
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the manufacturing area

Required Qualifications and Skills

• ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry preferred)
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in nasal spray manufacturing or liquid filling (preferably DARA, Groninger, or similar automated lines)
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and data integrity
• Experience in nasal product filling, filter integrity testing, and aseptic practices is highly desirable
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹3.2 Lakhs to ₹5.8 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and interview performance)
