Roles & Responsibilities As a Production Executive/Officer at Stanex Drugs, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring granulation, compression, coating, and capsule-filling machines
- Performing in-process quality checks and documentation as per cGMP norms
- Ensuring batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR) are accurately maintained
- Coordinating with QA, QC, and engineering teams for smooth production flow
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the production area
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and achieving daily production targets
Required Qualifications & Experience The company welcomes applications from:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduates from recognized universities
- Freshers (2023-2025 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply
- Experienced candidates with 4-5 years in tablet/capsule manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory guidelines
- Good communication skills and ability to work in rotational shifts
