Roles & Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling of QMS documents i.e. Change Control, CAPA, OOS, OOT, Deviations, Market Complaints, etc.
- Leading and supporting investigations related to quality events
- Managing internal, customer, and regulatory audits along with compliance activities
- Overseeing validation and qualification protocols (equipment, process, cleaning, etc.)
- Acting as a key team member during regulatory audits (USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.) and customer audits
- Ensuring timely closure of audit observations and implementation of CAPA
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical API industry
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and data integrity principles
- Proven exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, EU GMP, WHO) and customer audits
- Strong documentation skills and experience in QMS modules
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ankleshwar, Gujarat (On-site role at the manufacturing plant)
