Biological E. Limited is conducting a Walk-In Drive on Friday, 12 December 2025 at its state-of-the-art Vaccines Facility in Shamirpet, Hyderabad for Production and Engineering departments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
- Perform upstream and downstream processing of bacterial and viral antigens for vaccines
- Execute production batches with strict adherence to cGMP and batch timelines
- Handle Chromatography, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Fermenters, Cell Culture, Media Fill, Sterile Filtration
- Complete Batch Production Record (BPR) documentation as per regulatory standards
- Production – Blending, Filling & Packing Line (BFPL) Blending:
- Manage shift-wise formulation and blending activities
- Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids
Filling:
- Execute vial/ampoule filling shift plans
- Operate depyrogenation tunnels, filling & capping machines, vacuum cleaning systems
- Engineering Department Process Equipment:
- Perform breakdown & preventive maintenance of Vial Washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave, Lyophilizer, Jacketed Vessels and Labelling machines
- Independently handle shift operations
Instrumentation:
- Manage BMS, calibration, preventive & breakdown maintenance of instruments
- Handle PLC & SCADA troubleshooting
- Oversee AMC, interim projects and documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
- M.Sc (Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology)
- B.Sc (Life Sciences / Chemistry)
- B.Tech (Electrical & Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics)
- Diploma in relevant discipline
- ITI with relevant shop-floor experience Experience: 1 to 7 years in vaccine or sterile injectable manufacturing (mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: ₹4.0 Lakh to ₹9.0 Lakh per annum (based on experience & current CTC)
