OneSource is expanding its Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team and invites applications for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – MSAT & Technology Transfer at its Corporate Office on Bannerghatta Road, right opposite IIM Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities As a key member of the MSAT/Technology Transfer team, you will:
- Lead end-to-end technology transfer of in-house R&D developed products to commercial manufacturing sites
- Manage product transfers between internal sites and from/to external CMOs/third-party manufacturers
- Execute scale-up and exhibit batch manufacturing as part of the transfer process
- Prepare and review technology transfer protocols, risk assessments, and gap analysis reports
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and data integrity requirements
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production teams for smooth handover
- Troubleshoot process issues during transfer and post-transfer phases
- Support process validation and continuous process verification activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or related fields); additional qualifications like MBA or Six Sigma will be an advantage
- 1–6 years of hands-on experience in Technology Transfer or MSAT functions
- Prior exposure to sterile injectable formulations (vials, pre-filled syringes, cartridges, lyophilized products) is highly preferred
- Experience working in pharma companies or reputed CDMOs
- Strong understanding of QbD, PAT, and regulatory requirements (USFDA, EU, MHRA, etc.)
- Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with electronic systems (TrackWise, SAP, etc.)
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
