Encube Ethicals, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in dermatology and topical formulations, is now hiring IVPT Analysts for its research facility in Dombivali (Palava). This opportunity is ideal for M.Pharm/M.Sc freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a strong career in in vitro permeation testing, Franz diffusion cell studies, and topical product development.
With growing regulatory expectations and increased demand for IVPT expertise, this role offers exceptional exposure to advanced analytical techniques, human cadaver skin handling, method development, and bioequivalence evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the IVPT team, selected candidates will:
- Act as Subject Matter Experts in IVPT method development and validation using Vertical Franz Diffusion Apparatus.
- Handle human cadaver skin preparation, storage, and retrieval for permeation studies.
- Prepare protocols, reports, and technical documentation for IVPT method development, pilot, and pivotal studies.
- Perform accurate flux and AMT calculations using Excel and SAS for bioequivalence assessments.
- Prepare required reagents, solutions, raw data forms, and maintain study logbooks.
- Report timely project updates to the Group Leader.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments including Micro Pipettes, HandySteps, Balances, Vapometers, etc.
- Ensure strict adherence to GDP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
- Support IVPT activities across all stages of topical formulation development.
Required Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc (Life Sciences/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences) or M.Pharm
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers eligible)
- Strong understanding of IVPT, diffusion studies, or topical formulations is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAS/Excel-based data analysis is an added advantage.
