Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting site feasibility, identifying investigators, and negotiating study budgets
- Finalizing investigator sites and executing CDAs and study contracts
- Preparing and submitting documents for Ethics Committee approval
- Managing Investigational Product (IP) dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation
- Performing site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, and generating reports
- Training investigators and site teams on study protocols and GCP requirements
- Ensuring timely recruitment, source data verification, and query management
- Managing SAE/SUSAR reporting per regulatory and PV guidelines
- Identifying site risks, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing CAPA
- Coordinating with internal and CRO partners for data management and statistical analysis
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy
- Nursing
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Public Health
- OR a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
Experience Required
- 1 to 5 years of experience in clinical research
- Hands-on experience in Phase III/IV clinical trials
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, NDCT Rules, and regulatory guidelines
- Expertise in site management and multi-site coordination
