Key Responsibilities
- Perform solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis using automated synthesizers
- Conduct deprotection, cleavage, and purification (HPLC, PAGE) of synthesized oligos
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation as per GMP/GLP standards
- Support scale-up activities and process optimization
- Perform routine instrument calibration and lab maintenance
- Collaborate with QC and analytical teams for quality assurance
Eligibility & Qualifications
- MSc in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biotechnology (2023–2025 pass out)
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience (academic project or internship in oligonucleotide/peptide synthesis is a plus)
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic and phosphoramidite chemistry
- Familiarity with HPLC, UV spectroscopy, and MALDI-TOF is desirable
- Excellent learning attitude and teamwork skills
