🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out).
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and track subject recruitment strategies at assigned sites.
• Deliver protocol and site training as per study requirements.
• Monitor data quality, CRF completion, regulatory approvals, and enrollment metrics.
• Maintain TMF and ISF documentation as per global standards.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports, follow-up letters, and site correspondence.
• Escalate quality findings and manage corrective actions.
• Collaborate with study teams for seamless project execution.
• (If applicable) support site-level financial management based on CTAs.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare (preferred).
• Minimum 1.5+ years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and ICH.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site teams, managers, and cross-functional groups.
