Eccentric Clinical Research is now hiring a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) at its Gandhinagar location. This is a high-growth, entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in clinical research, clinical trial operations, and GCP-compliant documentation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will:

  • Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating the Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF)
  • Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory and ethics committee documents
  • Ensure proper filing, version control, and archival of essential study documents
  • Assist Project Managers and CRAs with study setup, feasibility, initiation, monitoring, and close-out
  • Track project progress through dashboards, trackers, and reports
  • Coordinate site payments, investigator communication, and vendor management
  • Manage shipment, distribution, and tracking of clinical trial supplies
  • Maintain investigator and vendor databases
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and local regulatory requirements
  • Support audits, inspections, CAPA documentation, and safety reporting (SAE tracking)
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and contribute to process improvements
  • Gain hands-on experience to progress into CRA roles in the future

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in clinical research (freshers with strong academics or internships welcome)
  • Understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with clinical trial tools/software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
