Responsibilities (Role-wise)
Production Department
- Operate tablet, capsule, and injectable manufacturing lines
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and batch manufacturing records
- Monitor in-process checks and yield reconciliation
Quality Assurance (QA)
- IPQA, validation, and documentation as per regulatory standards
- Handling change control, deviations, and CAPA
- Audit preparation and compliance
Quality Control (QC)
- Raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
- Stability studies and GLP documentation
- Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, and other instruments
R&D and FR&D
- Formulation development of generics and NDDS
- Scale-up and technology transfer support
- Preparation of dossiers and regulatory documentation
Qualifications Required
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized university
- Strong academic record and good communication skills
- For experienced candidates: 1–5 years in relevant department
- Freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply
