As a Clinical Project Associate (CPA) at Labcorp, your primary duties include:

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
  • Complete mandatory trainings within defined timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks ensuring quality and productivity.
  • Maintain and update project and technical documentation accurately.
  • Provide administrative and technical support across internal teams.
  • Perform quality checks on work completed and ensure error-free output.
  • Track and report project-specific metrics to management.
  • Support the implementation of revised processes and SOP updates.

Advanced Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in assigned tasks to help resolve complex issues.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure they achieve competency post sign-off.
  • Maintain audit-ready training files and track monthly training compliance.
  • Participate in cross-department knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Assess team workload and assign tasks based on priority.
  • Perform peer quality checks and identify process gaps.
  • Deliver training sessions and prepare training materials.
  • Review and update SOPs/WIs and submit controlled documents to global QA.
