Responsibilities of Trainee Associate – Injectable Manufacturing
- Operate filling lines, autoclaves, vial washing, and lyophilizers under strict aseptic conditions
- Perform in-process checks and documentation as per cGMP
- Participate in batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packaging records (BPR)
- Maintain cleanliness and gowning standards in Grade A/B/C/D areas
- Support media fill validation and environmental monitoring activities
- Follow safety and quality protocols in a regulated injectable plant
Eligibility & Qualifications Required
- Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation), D.Pharm, or B.Sc completed in 2023–2025
- Strong academic record and eagerness to learn sterile manufacturing processes
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
