Available Positions – OSD Department Only
1. Production Operator (OSD)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (any stream)
- Experience: 2–5 years in pharma OSD manufacturing
- Salary Range: ₹2.5 – 4.8 LPA
Key Skills Required:
- Capsule filling (automatic/semi-automatic)
- Sachet filling – Six Track machines
- Liquid filling lines
- Granulation (RMG, FBP – Wet & Dry)
- Operation & maintenance of OSD equipment (compression, coating, blister packing)
- BMR, BPR, logbook documentation
- Visual inspection, incident & deviation reporting
- Area & equipment cleaning as per cGMP
2. Production Assistant Manager (OSD)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 8–10 years in pharma manufacturing
- Salary Range: ₹7 – 9 LPA
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in upstream & downstream fermentation (preferred)
- Complete production planning & execution in OSD
- Regulatory compliance (USFDA, WHO-GMP)
- Team handling & cross-functional coordination
- Documentation oversight, CAPA, change control
- Yield improvement & process optimization
