🔍 Position: Medical Information Contact Center
Experience Required: 2–6 Years
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Levels Hiring: DSA-II / DSA-III / Assistant Manager
Location: India (onsite; details shared during hiring process)
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical information queries from healthcare professionals and patients.
- Provide accurate, evidence-backed guidance on drug usage, safety, and efficacy.
- Record inquiries and responses in the CRM system with 100% documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance and drug safety communication standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional PV and medical affairs teams.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Nursing / Medicine.
- 2–6 years of experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Drug Safety.
- Strong medical writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work full-time night shifts.
- Ability to handle high-volume medical queries with accuracy.
