Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute result-oriented brand strategies and annual marketing plans
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis for Anesthesia & Critical Care portfolio
- Design high-impact promotional materials, visual aids, LBLs, and digital content
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, doctor engagement activities, and feedback mechanisms
- Coordinate with sales, medical affairs, training, and regulatory teams for seamless product launches
- Monitor brand performance, prepare MIS reports, and present sales review insights
- Manage complete product lifecycle and portfolio profitability
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Pharm with M.Pharm / MBA in Pharma Management (full-time preferred)
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in PMT / Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in Anesthesia, Critical Care, or Injectables segment will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
