Symbio Generics India Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring an Executive – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) for its API manufacturing Unit 2 located in Tumkur, Karnataka. If you have 4-5 years of hands-on EHS experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably API/Bulk Drugs), this is your opportunity to join a fast-growing generics company and lead process safety management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities – Executive EHS
- Lead process safety management (PSM) and EHS management system activities
- Implement industrial hygiene programs across the plant
- Conduct HAZOP studies and activity-based risk assessments
- Establish and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) system
- Improve and sustain OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 and EMS ISO 14001 standards
- Prepare and manage the annual EHS budget for the manufacturing unit
- Handle all upcoming site-related EHS compliance and projects
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related field
- 4-5 years of EHS experience in Pharma/API/Bulk Drug manufacturing (mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of HAZOP, risk assessment, PSM, industrial hygiene
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and statutory EHS compliances in Karnataka
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Salary Range
