As an Associate STEM Content Analyst, you will:

- Source, research, evaluate, and interpret payer restrictions and policy data.
- Enter formulary and restrictions information using Gen AI–powered workflows.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all therapeutic classes.
- Collect, organize, and store supporting documentation.
- Support automation processes for restrictions policy research.
- Contribute to ad-hoc research projects to meet client deliverables.
- Collaborate with global teams across India, the US, and Canada.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharmaceutical Sciences degree
- Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Research Tools)
- Ability to interpret clinical and healthcare data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
💡 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Market Access / Managed Care / PBM data
- Experience working in team-oriented environments
