2. Engineering Department (Udaipur Plant)
Positions: Technical Assistant | Officer Sections: HVAC | Water System | Utility Maintenance
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) Experience: 2–8 years in pharma plant engineering Max CTC: Up to ₹3,80,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Production Roles:
- Operate and monitor Lyophilizer, Filling, Capping, Packing, and Inspection lines
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and data integrity
- Perform in-process checks and documentation
- Troubleshoot minor line issues and coordinate with engineering
Engineering Roles:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, purified water systems, and utilities
- Preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Support validation and qualification activities
- Ensure 100% uptime of critical utilities
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in regulated pharma (USFDA/MHRA approved plants preferred)
- Hands-on exposure to sterile/injectable manufacturing (for production)
- Strong knowledge of GMP documentation and safety standards
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
