Executive – Production (Hormonal – OC / HPD) at Lupin Pithampur

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) and oversee end-to-end training processes in the Production department
• Hands-on experience in SABA training application
• Prepare Training Need Identification (TNI) for new joiners and draft role-specific Job Descriptions
• Manage QAMS (Quality Assurance Management System) and documentation as per USFDA & MHRA guidelines
• Strong knowledge of shopfloor production processes and SAP modules related to manufacturing

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Pharma (Full Time)
• 8–10 years of experience specifically in Production Training & Documentation
• Mandatory exposure to USFDA and MHRA audits
• Proficiency in SAP (Production module) and SABA LMS

Salary Range: ₹7.5 – ₹11 LPA (based on experience and last drawn CTC)

Associate & Junior Officer – Warehouse at Lupin Pithampur

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end warehouse operations in a USFDA-approved pharma facility
• Material receipt, storage, dispensing, and dispatch as per cGMP
• Inventory management, SAP transactions, and documentation compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• BA / B.Sc / Diploma (Full Time)
• Minimum 2–8 years of warehouse experience in a pharmaceutical company
• Candidates with less than 5 years of experience must have minimum 60% marks in graduation/diploma

Salary Range: ₹3.8 – ₹6.5 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
