🔹 Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate-II, you will:
- Perform onsite monitoring visits according to ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs
- Conduct SDV (Source Data Verification) and ensure data integrity
- Assess site performance and protocol compliance
- Document monitoring findings & follow-up actions in monitoring reports
- Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and project teams
- Ensure safety reporting timelines are maintained
- Support audit and inspection readiness
- Maintain accurate trial master file (TMF) documentation
🔹 Eligibility & Qualifications
To apply for this CRA-II role, candidates must meet the following:
Required Education
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D / BDS / BHMS / BAMS
Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of onsite monitoring
- Must have completed 90+ onsite interim monitoring visits
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory compliance
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
