Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end clinical study activities, including:
- Visiting study sites to support ongoing research operations
- Admitting patients and conducting real-time data uploads
- Preparing and submitting study documents to Sites and Ethics Committees
- Maintaining essential documents such as study logs, CRF, AE/SAE records
- Ensuring availability of implants and instruments during research
- Coordinating retrieval of study materials post-completion
- Persuading patients to participate in clinical research studies
- Traveling between cities as required for multi-site trial support
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Clinical Research or Biological Sciences
- 2+ years of hands-on clinical research experience
- Strong patient communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of study documents, adverse events, and site operations
- Willingness to travel frequently for study site visits
