Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Data Scientist at Clario, you will:

- Collect, clean, and manage clinical datasets for algorithm development and research
- Perform data manipulation, preprocessing, and cleansing on large datasets
- Apply statistical techniques like regression, clustering, Bayesian analysis, etc.
- Build predictive models and optimize machine learning classifiers
- Improve data collection workflows and analytic systems
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics and present actionable insights
- Support operational data reporting and strategy planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, data science, and clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data integrity standards
Required Qualifications
Clario is seeking candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data mining, or market research
- Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, and scripting
- Experience with Power BI, D3.js, ggplot or similar visualization tools
- Knowledge of ML techniques: k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forests, etc.
- Applied statistics knowledge: distributions, hypothesis testing, regression
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work from Bangalore (Hybrid)
