Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day production activities as per batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR)
- Operate equipment such as granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, and packing lines
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain online documentation and yield reconciliation
- Participate in qualification, validation, and audit-facing activities
- Coordinate with QA, QC, engineering, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills Required
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized university
- 0–5 years of hands-on experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) production
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
