Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute preclinical in vivo studies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Utilize advanced animal models for drug efficacy and toxicity assessments.
• Perform accurate data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation of study results.
• Present study findings to internal scientific teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary groups across pharmacology, toxicology, biomarkers, and ADMET.
• Prepare detailed study reports following organizational and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with GLP guidelines and ethical practices in animal research.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M.Pharm/M.Sc) in Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
• Proven hands-on experience with in vivo experimentation, animal handling, and preclinical CRO workflows.
• Knowledge of in vivo pharmacology, biomarkers, and toxicology techniques.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary scientific teams.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and CPCSEA/ethical guidelines.
• Prior CRO or in vivo-focused experience preferred.
