Are you a pharma professional with 3-4 years of experience in international business development specializing in generic formulations for Asia and Middle East markets? Juvencia Lifesciences, a fast-growing pharmaceutical company based in Ahmedabad, is hiring a proactive Executive / Assistant Manager – Business Development (International) to lead market expansion across regulated and semi-regulated markets in Asia and the Middle East.
This is your chance to play a key role in pharma export business development, manage high-value formulation tenders, and build long-term partnerships with distributors and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing customers while identifying and developing new potential customers in Asia & Middle East territories through planned marketing activities
- Expand business with current customers and achieve assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical formulations
- Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize long-term supply agreements
- Coordinate with design, operations, supply chain, logistics, and regulatory affairs teams for timely execution of purchase orders and product registrations
- Ensure timely submission and approval of dossiers with the regulatory team to accelerate market entry
- Conduct regular market analysis – track competition, pricing trends, and product database
- Undertake overseas business travel as and when required
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm with MBA (preferred)
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in international business development of generic formulations
- Proven track record in Asia (ROW) and Middle East markets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical export documentation and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel internationally
