- Conduct route scouting, process optimization, and scale-up activities
- Execute reactions, purification, and characterization of compounds
- Maintain documentation as per GMP and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer
Qualifications Required
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry (regular full-time only)
- Strong foundation in organic chemistry and synthetic methodologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
