This full-time position involves handling quality documentation, SOP updates, regulatory compliance, cGMP standards, COA generation, and controlled records management. Candidates with strong QC documentation experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be the best fit.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive QC, your major responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Specifications, STP, COA, calculation sheets, and analysis reports as per reference ADL documents.
- Updating addendum and specification indexes quarterly.
- Providing COA based on QC requirements.
- Initiating DCR/CCM for updates in STP and calculation sheets.
- Ensuring updated calculation sheets are available in Controlled Form System (CFS).
- Initiating and closing NCR, DCR, CCM, CAPA tasks on time.
- Maintaining all documentation records aligned with regulatory compliance and cGMP standards.
- Preparing and updating departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Reviewing, releasing, and setting effective document dates in TcU.
- Providing user training for TcU and linking new documents into the respective system.
- Maintaining document inventory and ensuring secure central record storage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or relevant Life Science
✔ Experience in Quality Control documentation (preferred)
✔ Knowledge of cGMP, documentation systems & regulatory compliance
✔ Experience with SOP writing, DCR, CCM, NCR, CAPA handling
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
