💼 Job Responsibilities
Registry Data Management
- Create and maintain Human Readable and Data Dictionary artifacts using the MAT tool.
- Update registry documents annually based on CMS guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of registry reports.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze and clean clinical codes annually.
- Convert clinical information into standardized data formats.
- Generate periodic analytical reports for clinical teams and leadership.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Comply with CMS, HIPAA, registry standards, and clinical research guidelines.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and audit readiness.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with clinical researchers, data management teams, registry partners, and leadership.
- Provide training, support, and documentation to internal stakeholders.
📌 Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, BDS, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS
- Experience: 2–3 years in clinical research or registry data management
- Skills:
- Strong Excel and familiarity with SQL, R, Python, SAS, or visualization tools
- Knowledge of medical coding systems: ICD, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED CT
- Understanding of HIPAA and clinical data privacy requirements
