Roles & Responsibilities
Blending (Formulation)
- Manage shift planning and execution of formulation activities
- Operate and maintain autoclaves, blending vessels
- Handle CIP & SIP skids as per cGMP
Filling (Aseptic)
- Manage shift schedules for vial filling operations
- Operate vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, automatic filling & capping lines
- Ensure online documentation and compliance
Packing & Labelling
- Operate vial labelling machines with vision inspection and VVM dot application
- Handle batch coding using Videojet/Control Print printers
- Manage Track & Trace serialization
- Monitor cold chain (cold rooms & deep freezers)
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
- M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences)
- B.Pharmacy
- Diploma / B.Sc / ITI
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in sterile injectables or vaccine manufacturing
- Exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, WHO, EU-GMP) will be an added advantage
