Role Overview
The Associate Scientist will support advanced analytical characterization for complex injectable formulations including proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, and biomolecular APIs. This role involves analytical technique development, regulatory documentation, method validation, and cross-functional research support.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced characterization studies and method development.
- Execute NMR spectroscopy and bioanalytical experiments.
- Manage outsourced studies and collaborate with CROs and universities.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, ALCOA++, ICH, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, ELN entries, and laboratory records.

🎓 Qualifications
- M.Pharm/M.Sc. with 6–10 years experience OR PhD with 0–5 years experience
- Mandatory specialization in NMR spectroscopy
- Knowledge of CD, FTIR, fluorescence spectroscopy, DLS, SEC-UV-MALS, AF4-MALS, AUC preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmacopoeia and regulatory frameworks
