Key Responsibilities
Production (Compression | Capsule Filling)
- Operate high-speed compression & capsule filling machines (Fette, Sejong, Bosch, etc.)
- Perform in-process checks, yield reconciliation, and line clearance
- Troubleshoot machine-related issues and maintain cGMP documentation
Engineering (Continuous Coating)
- Handle operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of continuous coating systems
- Execute preventive maintenance & calibration of coating equipment
- Support validation and qualification activities
Quality Assurance (Market Complaints)
- Investigate market complaints and product quality complaints
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation
- Coordinate with CFTs and prepare investigation reports as per regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills Required
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / ITI / B.Sc / M.Sc
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in OSD formulations
- Prior exposure to USFDA, MHRA, or other regulated markets is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and documentation practices
