Exemed Pharmaceuticals, a leading USFDA, PMDA, EDQM, ANVISA and ISO 14001 & 45001 certified Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing company, is hiring an experienced EHS Officer / Senior Officer for its state-of-the-art facility in Luna, Padra, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain EHS department SOPs, manuals, formats, and On-Site Emergency Plan
- Impart safety training and conduct mock drills, evacuation drills, and fire drills
- Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
- Perform Risk Assessment, HIRA, JSA, PSSR, HAZOP studies
- Prepare annual EHS budget and maintain inventory of safety equipment
- Monitor and maintain fire safety systems and extinguishers
- Maintain documentation for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EcoVadis, PSCI, and other safety audits
- Conduct regular safety audits and Behavior Based Safety (BBS) observations
- Organize and lead Safety Committee Meetings
- Familiarity with Behavioral Safety Software is an added advantage
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Sc / M.Sc with Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety
- ADIS or PDIS qualification will be preferred
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on EHS experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of Gujarat Factory Rules, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and international standards
- Strong communication and training skills
