🧪 Job Responsibilities
As a Study Support Coordinator, your key duties will include:
- Participating in Clinical Trial Study Management meetings and cross-functional task forces.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with project stakeholders.
- Performing LIMS data entry, including sample registration and result entry.
- Tracking and processing results from reference laboratories and 3PL partners.
- Communication with laboratory personnel for authorization of received results.
- Supporting study validations, testing workflows, and ensuring test case compliance.
- Assisting Clinical Trial Research Associates with data queries and data cleaning.
- Filing documentation and maintaining audit-ready study records.
- Participating in training and staying updated on GCP, ICH, GDP, and regulatory standards.
- Supporting project managers with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Contributing during audits and inspections.
- Helping ensure team productivity, motivation, and alignment with business goals.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
✔ Graduate degree in:
- Biochemistry
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
- Or related scientific streams
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Computer proficiency and ability to work with reporting systems or relational databases
Preferred Qualifications
