Key Responsibilities
- Operate vial washing, depyrogenation tunnel, filling, lyophilization, and capping lines (Injectables)
- Perform in-process checks during granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation (IPQA)
- Handle Softgel encapsulation, drying, and inspection processes
- Operate high-speed granulation (RMG/FBD), compression (Fette/Sejong), and packing machines
- Maintain and calibrate instruments, PLC, SCADA, HVAC, and utilities (Engineering)
