📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Understand TransPerfect’s service portfolio and unique value offerings
✔ Identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, events, digital channels, and networking
✔ Develop, qualify, and close sales opportunities in coordination with management
✔ Build strong relationships with PV, Medical Affairs, and Safety teams within pharma/biotech
✔ Provide post-sale client support in collaboration with production teams
✔ Manage pricing, proposals, and contract execution
✔ Analyze client business challenges and recommend tailored solutions
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent
🔹 2–3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Client Services
🔹 Experience working with or selling to Life Sciences clients (PV, Safety, Medical Affairs)
🔹 Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles
🔹 Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
