Responsibilities – Production Chemist (API Plant)
- Execute production batches as per monthly/weekly production plan
- Prepare and review SOPs, BMRs, and other GMP documents
- Maintain product yield within specified limits at every stage
- Online verification of area/equipment cleaning and logbook maintenance
- Monitor and record environmental conditions in clean rooms
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory norms
- Complete batch manufacturing records in real time
- Maintain process facilities as per USFDA, EMA & other regulatory standards
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- M.Sc / B.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in API / Bulk Drug manufacturing
- Sound theoretical knowledge of chemical engineering unit operations
- Hands-on experience in reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and clean-room operations
- Familiarity with cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory audits
- Good documentation practices and interpersonal skills
