🔬 1) Executive – Compounding / Manufacturing
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Sanzyme Biologics)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor mixing vessels, pumps, pH meters, and CIP/SIP skids
- Perform equipment cleaning and sanitization
- Conduct quality checks and maintain BMRs
- Weigh and mix ingredients as per SOPs/BMRs
- Ensure GMP, safety, hygiene, and PPE compliance
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Report deviations to supervisors
Required Skills
- Knowledge of pharma compounding processes
- Ability to follow batch records and SOPs
- Understanding of cleanroom practices
- Strong documentation accuracy
💉 2) Executive – Aseptic Filling & Filtration (PFS/Cartridge Line)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Sanzyme Biologics)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain PFS and cartridge filling machines
- Execute equipment setup, CIP/SIP, and troubleshooting
- Follow aseptic techniques and cGMP guidelines
- Handle syringes, stoppers, and raw materials
- Perform fill-weight checks and in-process quality control
- Maintain accurate BMRs, logbooks, and GMP documentation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in aseptic filling operations
- Knowledge of sterile manufacturing and cleanroom behavior
- Ability to manage PFS and cartridge lines
- Excellent documentation discipline
