Key Responsibilities by Department
Production Formulation (OSD) – Officer/Sr. Officer
- Operate compression, granulation, and packing (bulk & blister) lines
- Ensure GMP compliance and batch documentation
- Troubleshoot machine downtime and yield improvement
Production API – Officer/Sr. Officer
- Handle API/intermediates manufacturing in reactors and filtration units
- Monitor critical process parameters (CPP) and in-process checks
- Maintain equipment logbooks and changeover protocols
Stores Formulation (OSD) – Technical Associate
- Manage receipt, dispensing, inward/outward material movement
- FIFO/FEFO implementation and SAP transactions
- Temperature/humidity monitoring in warehouse
Engineering Services – Officer/Sr. Officer & Technical Associate
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems (formulation plant)
- AHU validation, filter cleaning, and utility monitoring
- Calibration of instruments (pressure gauges, sensors)
Production (Dry Powder Injection) – Daman
- Officer/Sr. Officer: Operate vial filling/sealing with CRAB, autoclave, tunnel, vial washing; conduct media fill validation
- Technical Associate: Support vial labelling, DGFT operations, and IPC documentation
