Responsibilities by Department
Manufacturing/Packing (Associate/Operator & Sr. Officer/Officer)
- Operate granulation, pellet coating, compression, blister/strip packing lines.
- Perform primary & secondary packing for OSD products.
- Ensure GMP compliance in pharma formulation manufacturing.
Quality Assurance (QA) – Sr. Officer/Officer
- Conduct IPQA, AQA, and DRA activities.
- Perform in-process quality checks and documentation.
Quality Control (QC) – Sr. Officer/Officer
- Analyze solid oral dosage samples using HPLC, UV spectrophotometer.
- Stability testing and method validation.
Stores (Warehouse) – Sr. Officer/Officer
- Manage raw material & packing material inventory.
- Ensure FIFO, GMP documentation, and SAP entries.
Maintenance – Sr. Officer/Officer/Assistant
- Maintain granulation, compression, coating, blister machines.
- Handle electrical breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
