Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – CSCC & RM, your responsibilities include:
- Creating, compiling, and distributing Product Quality Reports (PQR) using regulatory systems.
- Coordinating with global affiliates to collect required information for certificates and sample tracking.
- Tracking progress of sample and certificate requests in real time.
- Managing translation of submission documents with external vendors and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinating sample requests required for product registration.
- Assigning tasks through accurate workflow management based on request type.
- Updating and archiving RA requests on SharePoint for status visibility.
- Performing bulk updates in regulatory affairs systems as needed.
- Supporting additional operational and administrative activities based on business requirements.
- Exhibiting strong teamwork, ownership, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Bio Science, or equivalent.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or related areas.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage documentation, workflows, and global communication.
- Proficiency in SharePoint or RA systems (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills.
