Key Responsibilities
Production Chemist (Fresher)
- Execute batch manufacturing of tablets/capsules under cGMP
- Monitor in-process parameters and maintain production records
- Assist in equipment cleaning and line clearance
Formulation and Development Officer (1-2 Years Exp)
- Develop and optimize oral solid dosage formulations (tablets, capsules)
- Conduct stability studies and scale-up from R&D to production
- Prepare technical documents for regulatory submissions
QC Micro Analyst (2-5 Years Exp)
- Perform microbial limit tests, BET, and environmental monitoring
- Validate sterilization processes for vials and autoclaves
- Maintain GLP in microbiology laboratory
Quality Control Analyst (2-5 Years Exp)
- Analyze raw materials, in-process, and finished products using HPLC/UV
- Prepare COA and investigate OOS results
- Calibrate analytical instruments per schedule
ITI Fitter – Autoclave/Vial Washing (2-3 Years Exp)
- Operate and maintain autoclave and vial washing machines
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure GMP compliance during equipment operation
Qualifications Required
- Production Chemist: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/MSc (fresher)
- F&D Officer: B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 1-2 years in oral solid dosage forms
- QC Micro/QC: BSc/MSc Chemistry/Microbiology with 2-5 years pharma experience
- ITI Fitter: ITI certification with 2-3 years in autoclave/vial washing operations
